FIT Gym will be YOUR gym. We will offer classes that YOU want and need to accomplish our fitness goals! Our Group Training program will be focused on dynamic modalities, including Yoga, Suspension Straps, Kettlebells, Barre, CORE and Spin Cycle. All of our classes will be small and semi-private, in our gym or partner Yoga facility, with a maximum of 5-6 participants. This will make you one of the stars of the show, where you will get focused attention from our amazing instructors. Classes will be added on an ongoing basis and private classes can be scheduled with personal trainers!
PELOTON BIKES: The Peloton Bike delivers live and ON-DEMAND indoor cycling classes to you at the click of a button, while allowing competition & video chat with friends. Jump in, take a class at your convenience... join a live studio ride lead by a Peloton instructor in NYC, or select one of the pre-recorded classes in the 3,000+ video library.
YOGA FIT: Hosted by Balance Yoga, just down the hall from the gym in Mercer Plaza, you will learn the benefits of various forms of this physical, mental,and spiritual discipline that originated in India.
MON AT 4:30 PM
INTERVAL FIT: A high intensity class aimed at burning mega calories, building lean muscle tissue, torching unwanted body fat, and kick starting metabolisms. If you want to GET FIT and BE FIT, this is the class for you!!! Featuring HIIT and Tabata training, you will jump, run, and perform explosive and athletic movements to a fast and measured tempo. Consult us to see if this is an appropriate class for you!

TRX FIT: Utilizing your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises, the Suspension Strap classes are the perfect fit for anyone looking to improve core strength, balance, and functional strength. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
